Paul was born in Queens and raised in an Irish Catholic family in the suburbs of Long Island, New York. They studied French Literature at the City College of New York with a minor in Fine Art. For their four years at City College, Paul was annually shown at the CCNY Spring Photo Show (2015-2019). In 2020, after graduating, Paul pivoted to a practice based around painting and sculpture and has since been exhibited in multiple group shows such as Volume 0 in the East Village of Manhattan (2021), Truth and Madness in Brooklyn (2025), The Queer Experience at the Islip Arts Council (2025), and at Bitch Gallery in Brooklyn (March 2026). Paul lives in Ridgewood, Queens.
